This is a gourmet flavored salt that we did a great deal of research on. Most of what we were finding were a variety of citrus salts that just contained lemon, orange and maybe some lime zest combined with sea salt. We wanted something a bit more robust.  This is a delectable seasoning to use on grilled fish or chicken, shrimp stir fries, roasted vegetables and even on the rim of a margarita glass. 
Hand blended from sea salt, orange peel, lemon peel, coarse black pepper, smoked alderwood salt, lime peel and ginger.
